We are disappointed to announce the resignation of our CEO Julian Bowden. Julian will be taking up a role as the CEO of Equestrian Sports New Zealand effective early June.

We would like to thank Julian for his leadership and commitment to our Federation and the wider football community. As pointed out in the Annual Report, we are in a good position - and this is attributable to Julian’s strong leadership and relationships which has served and guided the Federation well, particularly over the recent 12 months.

The board has commenced a recruitment process to seek a replacement CEO and in the meantime, it will be business as usual. We will keep you informed of the process from here on in.

We wish Julian all the best in his new role and we are told he will still be taking to the field for “Pele’s Children” on a regular basis.
